TEACHING and CONSULTATIVE APPOINTMENTS

Effective April 1, 2006, Dr. Billups is providing clinical psychological services at "Ties that Bind" in Gloucester, Virginia.

Dr. Billups recently conducted a training session for CASA (the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of the Northern Neck) in Lancaster, Virginia.

Dr. Billups taught Introduction to Psychology at Rappahannock Community College in Glenns, VA during the fall semester of the 2005-2006 school year and Developmental Psychology during the spring semester.
